These production timeframes are estimates. Projects may take less or more time depending on the current marketing project queue. Babson staff and faculty can view our current project list at jira.babson.edu.

Print

Print time alloted depends on production method. A smaller quantity or less complex project printed at Canon Copy Center can take 1-2 days for actual print time. Larger quantity or more complex projects printed with an outside, offset printer can take 2-4 weeks.

• Award/Plaque/Trophy: 5 - 9 weeks
• Brochure - New: 10.5 weeks
• Brochure - Edit Existing : 6.5 weeks
• Certificates: 4.5 weeks (estimate based off of quantity up to 200)
• Custom Giveaway Items: 5 - 9 weeks
• Event Program: 4+ weeks
• Flyer/Datasheet - New: 4+weeks
• Flyer/Datasheet - Update Existing: 3 weeks
• Folder/Certificate Holder: 6+ weeks
• Invitation - New: 4+ weeks
• Invitation - Update Existing: 1.5 weeks
• Letterhead: 2.5 weeks
• Newsletter: 8 weeks (estimate based off of standard 8 page size)
• Postcard: 3 weeks
• Posters/Banners: 4.5 weeks
• Report: 4.5 weeks (estimate based off of standard 16 page size)
• Table Covers: 9 - 13 weeks
• Variable Data Mailer: 9 weeks

• Animation Production: 3 - 4 months
• Audio Editing: 2 business days
• Interactive Web-based Production: 3 - 4 months
• Interview - Multiperson: 5 - 7 business days
• Interview - Single Person: 4 - 6 business days
• Video - Event Footage Multicamera Edit: 7 - 11 business days
• Video - Fully Produced Marketing: 3 - 4 months
• Video Slideshow: 3 - 9 business days
• Voice Recording: 3 - 5 business days
