Guidelines and Templates
Please don’t use just any shade of green or you’ll make us blue.
We have a particular color palette, specific rules about our logo usage, recommended fonts and many other guidelines in place for the Babson brand. It is essential for branding elements to be adhered to when preparing printed materials, developing digital media, or creating documents for promotional use. The Babson logo(s) and brand identities are the property of Babson. Before using any logo on apparel, gifts, or promotional items, a branding review is conducted to ensure the correct logo usage. Logos
We’ve provided Babson logo files for use to promote Babson College and its offerings. The Babson logo is not approved to be reproduced in any other color or color combination. Do not alter the logo files in any way or use them to create new logos or logo variations. For a comprehensive guide to using the logos, please read our brand guidelines (pdf). Below are zipped logo files for Babson, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and Babson Executive Education.
File types are provided for the following uses: - Print (including PowerPoint or Word) or high resolution: .eps

The Babson logo is available in three color combinations: - 2-color, PMS 3425 Green and Black (2C)
- 1-color, Black only (K)
- Reverse, white only (Wt)

Trademark and Copyright
When using one of the trademarked Babson taglines, please include the following “safe harbor” text in external communications: is a trademark of Babson College. All other brand or product names are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

Working with Outside Vendors
Marketing maintains a list of preferred vendors for those instances when a project cannot be done on campus. The list includes design agencies, freelance creative, photographers, printers, and gift companies. Please contact your account manager for information on preferred vendors.
When using an outside vendor, you must complete an Independent Consultant Agreement (pdf) and submit it to Human Resources. This will facilitate the prompt payment of vendor invoices. If capturing a photo or video recording of anyone, please complete the media release form (pdf). The release enables Babson to use any likeness and/or voice in a variety of outbound communications.
