View Babson Graduate Outcomes and Engagement Opportunities Report 2016

Babson’s Master of Science in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership (MSEL) program prepares students to lead with confidence, creativity, and a focus on social, economic, and environmental responsibility and sustainability.

A critical component of this preparation is rooted in the experiential learning students receive through teaching, consulting, and creating their business, initiative, or venture. This learning includes a hands-on consulting project with a global organization to build confidence as well as oral, written, listening, and presentation skills, in addition to a yearlong team project designed to provide students with the firsthand experience of leading and working in teams. MSEL students learn to approach challenges with confidence and creativity, leveraging action as a critical step to moving ideas forward. The Center for Career Development’s dedicated MS career advisor is committed to working with each student to utilize their experiences in the MSEL program so they can achieve their professional goals.
