About Us

At the Hoffman Family Undergraduate Center for Career Development, we empower students to explore, identify, and achieve their personal and professional goals.  We provide inclusive career advising and education services and innovative programs that build a foundation for career readiness, enabling students to access unique career opportunities and cultivate meaningful connections. We engage Babson faculty, staff, alumni, and friends as partners in our data-informed, mission-critical work.

The Hoffman Family Undergraduate Center for Career Development is committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable community that models “One Babson.”

We commit to grow together as a Team; hold ourselves accountable for being inclusive and aware through educating ourselves and each other, engaging in self-reflection about our own social identities, examining our own biases, and taking action when injustices arise.

We honor and value the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities of our students. Specifically, we commit to:

  • Holding ourselves, employer partners, and others to the highest standards of professionalism and fairness.
  • Offering and ensuring equitable access to career services and opportunities that benefits all students.

We acknowledge the impact of injustice, bias, and discrimination in all forms, especially when related to career development, recruitment, progression, and the workplace. We will prepare students to navigate these complex issues by providing guidance, advice, and support as they make career decisions that are right for them.

Our Career Advisers and student Peer Career Ambassadors are highly experienced with a variety of backgrounds poised to guide students in their career journeys. They are available to meet with students for 30-minute appointments. We look forward to seeing you!
