Undergraduate Events

Each year, more than 800 undergraduate student events are held on Babson’s campus.

There is a buzz of activity that goes on day and night at Babson, often driven by innovative events spurred by the undergraduate community. Student clubs and organizations, departments, centers and institutes at Babson host events for undergraduate students that enhance the time students spend outside the classroom

Babson traditions include Founder's Day, Back to Babson, Friends and Family Weekends, Late Night Breakfast, and many student organization events. 

Attending events is a great way to connect and develop relationships with faculty, staff, alumni, and fellow students. Annual events include:

Babson IAN Global Startup Competition - Virtual Pitch Competition

Watch live as the finalists in the Babson IAN Global Startup Competition pitch their startups and compete for a $250,000 equity investment. The competition is organized by the Blank Center in partnership with the Indian Angel Network (IAN), the world’s largest business angel network. Babson students, alumni, faculty, staff, and parents around the world with startups ready for seed stage funding were invited to apply.

As we begin Babson's Centennial year in 2019, we will celebrate our history and honor our leaders. On Friday, February 8th, Presidents Emeriti will join President Kerry Healey for a historic Fireside Chat and share their experience, stories and learnings as Babson's president. We will also unveil the new Presidential portraits, commissioned for the Centennial.

Alumni, Parents, and Friends: Following the Fireside Chat, there will be a Presidents' Reception. Information on this reception will appear during the registration process.

There's no charge to apply or to participate in the pop-up communications forum. Your organization must meet the following conditions to be considered:
- 501 (c3) nonprofit organization
- < $5 million in budget for FY 2017 
- Reference Form 990, Line 18
- Submit application by 1.25.19
 
Space is limited to 30 nonprofit organizations. All applicants will be notified via email on Monday, February 4, 2019. If selected, you must register your organization's representative by Wednesday, February 20,2019 or your slot will be forfeited.
