Below you will find all of the necessary contact information if a concern arises with your living environment:
Do you have problems with your room (i.e. damages, flooding, broken furniture, etc.)?
Call Facility Services at X4444 or follow the instructions provided in the Facilities Web Request link on the Babson Portal.
Do you have problems with the laundry machines?
Contact your Area Director and the Area Director will get in contact with our laundry vendor.
Do you have problems with your phone and/or data jacks?
Call Babson Telecommunications Office at x4560 or e-mail email@example.com.
Do you have a problem with your cable service?
Call Comcast at 1-888-633-4266 for technical assistance. Please be sure to have the serial number of your cable box available when calling.
If you would like more information about your cable service or would like to upgrade your current services, please visit the Comcast website to view available options. Please use the 02457 zip code when utilizing the Comcast site. Comcast will be on campus to provide Babson students the chance to upgrade to digital cable service. Self-install kits will be available for instant installations.
