Michael provides leadership and direction for the Office of Residence Life through oversight of the administration and management of the housing program for the College. He is responsible for directing departmental operations, goal setting and establishing implementation strategies for the department. In addition, Michael is responsible for the management of several vendor agreements including shared oversight of the contract with the College’s dining services.
Assistant Director, Residence Education and Special Interest Housing

Kevin is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive residential education program that furthers students’ personal, social, and intellectual growth and development and that reinforces student learning in co-curricular life. Additionally, Kevin is responsible for the development and growth of the Special Interest Housing Program through partnerships with faculty and students.
Area Director, Upperclass Area

Aaron supervises the day to day operations for the Upperclass Area including the direct supervision of the Graduate Area Director, Senior Resident Assistant, and Resident Assistants for Mandell Family, McCollough, Putney, and Pietz Halls.
Area Director, First Year Area
B.S., Springfield College; M.A., University of Connecticut
Ben supervises the day to day operations for the First Year Area including the direct supervision of the Resident Assistants for Park Manor North, Park Manor Central and Park Manor South Halls.
Graduate Assistant, Residence Life/Community Standards
Katherine supervises the day to day operations of Woodland Hill 9&10, as well as assisting with housing opperations.
