Real Estate

The Real Estate concentration is geared toward students interested in the nonquantitative areas of the Real Estate Industry. This concentration requires two (2) Finance courses beyond MCE and two (2) courses from other disciplines.

  • FIN 3555 Real Estate Investment

B) Choose one (1) from the following list:

AND

C) Choose two (2) from the following list:

  • EPS 3501 or EPS 3502, or EPS 3503 Entrepreneurship and Opportunity Feasibility
  • LAW 3500 Commercial Law
  • MKT 3510 Marketing Research
  • MOB 3580 Negotiations
