Faculty members are accomplished entrepreneurs, executives, scholars, authors, researchers, poets, and artists who bring an intellectual diversity to campus that adds depth to Babson’s educational programs and offers students a rich, challenging experience.

Faculty members have been senior-level executives at such organizations as Compaq, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Fidelity Investments, Gillette, IBM, Shell Oil, Southwest Airlines, the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.

Babson’s faculty members are also known for the personal attention and mentoring provided to their students. Available during office hours and by email or phone, faculty want their students to be in touch with them outside of the classroom.
