Scholarship and Integrity

Through generous donations by believers in Babson, the College offers limited scholarships through a variety of programs based on academic and cocurricular excellence. These scholarship programs provide students with enhanced learning opportunities outside of the classroom. Programs include the Honors Program, Weissman Program, Women’s Leadership Program, and the Posse Program.

Leadership Training

Babson faculty, leaders in their own industries and fields, have established unique academic programs to help students strengthen their leadership and teamwork skills. Involving alumni, local entrepreneurs, and major companies, these programs connect students with professionals in a challenging environment. Programs include the Coaching for Leadership & Teamwork Program (CLTP) and Management Consulting Field Experience (MCFE).

Leading by Example in the Classroom and On Campus

Leadership positions held by diverse, confident Babson students are essential to the life of the campus. Students are charged after their first-year to inspire their peers by leading in the classroom and on campus through a multitude of leadership activities. Students apply for paid and nonpaid leadership positions through a highly selective application process. Furthermore, students can join the leadership team of a club or organization or be the founding president of a new organization. Create your own experience, blaze your own trail, and discover a lifetime of memories.
