Interviews at Babson

Interviews are an excellent opportunity to have a one-on-one conversation with an admission counselor or student admission intern so that we can get to know you in person prior to beginning the application review process.

If you choose to interview with us you should be prepared to talk about yourself and your interest in Babson, and bring any questions you would like to discuss. A summary of our conversation with you will become part of your admission file and can be influential in the decision we make.

There is no suggested dress code for the interview, but you should remember that this may be your first and only one-on-one meeting with a member of our admission staff.

While we enjoy getting to know our applicants during the interview process, we realize that not everyone is able to schedule an interview; for this reason, alumni interviews also may be available in your area. As an alternative to on-campus or alumni interviews, applicants from China have the option to schedule an interview through InitialView.com. Students who are unable to schedule an interview will not be penalized in our admission process.

Interviews are offered Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m. We respectfully request that your interview be scheduled prior to your arrival on campus to ensure that we have someone available to meet with you. First-Year Students

Interviews for students interested in applying to Babson for Fall 2014 will be available through Friday, November 8th. Students planning to apply for Early Decision or Early Action are encouraged to schedule their interviews prior to the November 1st deadline.

Transfer Students

Interviews are strongly recommended for prospective transfer students. Interviews for students interested in transferring for the Spring Semester (beginning January 2014) will be available through October 15, 2013.
