Meet the staff in the Office of Academic Services.
Rob Major
Director

Rob Major is an associate dean and the director of the Office of Academic Services. He oversees the operations of the Academic Services office which includes personal and academic support for the undergraduate population and management of curriculum support for Babson’s innovative, integrated curriculum.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in consumer affairs from the University of Rhode Island and his master’s degree in higher education administration from Suffolk University.

Kristen Fischer
Class Dean of 2013
Kristen Fischer is the class dean for the Class of 2013. She provides academic and personal support to the Class of 2013, including advisement on course selection and registration, academic planning, study abroad, variances, off-campus course work, and exam excuses.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and theater from Hamilton College and her Master of Arts degree in higher education and student affairs from The Ohio State University.

Pam Gibbs
Class Dean Assistant
Pam Gibbs is the class dean assistant, previously the Class Dean of 2015. She provides academic and personal support, including advisement on course selection and registration, academic planning, study abroad, variances, off-campus course work, and exam excuses.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Dayton and her Master of Science in education degree from State University of New York.

Ashly Siteman
Class Dean of 2014
Ashly Siteman is the class dean for the Class of 2014. She provides academic and personal support to the Class of 2014, including advisement on course selection and registration, academic planning, study abroad, variances, off-campus course work, and exam excuses.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology and chemistry from the University of North Carolina, her master’s degree in higher education from Harvard University, and her master’s degree in social work from Boston College.

Samantha Stanley
Class Dean of 2015
Samantha Stanley is the class dean for the Class of 2015. She provides academic and personal support to the Class of 2015, including advisement on course selection and registration, academic planning, study abroad, variances, off-campus course work, and exam excuses.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology and sociology from Saint Michael’s College, and her Master of Arts in international education from the School of International Training Graduate Institute.
Dan Kwash
Assistant Director, First-Year Dean
Dan Kwash is the First-Year dean for the Class of 2016 and the assistant director of the Office of Academic Services. He is responsible for leadership and delivery of academic and personal support programs for the First-Year students, including supervision of professional staff within the program. He also provides primary personal and academic support to the Babson First-Year students.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history and secondary education and his master’s degree in education with a concentration in higher education at Bridgewater State University.

Brian Duggan
Assistant Class Dean, First-Year Programs
Brian Duggan M’05 advises all incoming transfer, exchange, and GAP enrollment students. He manages the transfer credit review and application process, and also coordinates the Weissman Scholars program.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in math from Holy Cross University, his Masters of Education from Boston College, and his Masters of Business Administration from Babson College.

Jim Berrigan
Senior Coordinator
Jim Berrigan is the senior coordinator at the Office of Academic Services. He controls the website and also assists with overflow advising in the Office of Academic Services. He also is the head coach of the Babson College men’s and women’s tennis teams.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Framingham State University and Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Marketing from George Brown College.
Conor O’Brien
Program Manager, First-Year Programs

Conor O’Brien is the program manager in the First-Year Programs area of the Office of Academic Services. He assists the First-Year Class Dean with the development and implementation of Orientation and the First-Year Seminar. He also oversees the Off Campus Course Approval database and the Peer Mentor Program.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts at Quinnipiac University and his Masters of Education in higher education and student affairs from the University of South Carolina.

Tracey Reza
Associate Director
Tracey Reza is associate director, and oversees strategic direction for undergraduate curriculum support in the Office of Academic Services. She collaborates with faculty coordinators in FME, MCE, and OEM to ensure the needs of the integrated academic programs are supported appropriately.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science and her Masters of Education in student development in higher education from the University of Maine.

Sandy Siciliano
Senior Program Manager
Sandy Siciliano is the senior program manager, and oversees all administrative functions of the FME businesses. She also processes advanced placement credits for the incoming First-Year students, and assists with First-Year student advising as needed.
Jackie Harris
Coordinator, Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program
Jackie Harris is the coordinator for the Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program as part of the Office of Academic Services. She coordinates all aspects of the program, including coordination of volunteer recruitment, management of volunteer training, event day management, as well as many other tasks that lead to the program’s success.
Corine Burke
Administrative Coordinator
Corine Burke is the administrative coordinator in the Office of Academic Services. She manages a variety of processes required for academic support and office coordination. She handles the implementation of Undergraduate and Senior Awards ceremony and the management of many other academically related events on campus. She also is a notary public.

Mary Beth Crane
Administrative Assistant
Mary Beth Crane is the part-time administrative assistant in the Office of Academic Services. She handles overall office support functions and event planning as a part of her day-to-day duties.
