Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct

Sexual harassment, in any and all forms, will not be tolerated within our community and is considered to be one of the most serious violations of the Community Standards of Babson College. Members of the Babson College community, guests and visitors have the right to be free from discrimination on the basis of sex. All members of the community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

 

Sexual Misconduct is a broad term encompassing Non-Consensual Sexual Intercourse, Non-Consensual Sexual Contact and Sexual Exploitation. Sexual misconduct can happen to anyone, regardless of age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status.
