Forest Hall
Forest is one of the largest buildings on campus, but what makes it so special is that it houses a majority of our first-year students. Upon entering this all-freshmen hall, you can easily sense the energy and liveliness happening all around. Residents living here are placed in single, double, triple, or quad rooms. There is also a lounge on the first floor, which students often use to study, watch movies, and socialize with their peers.

Park Manor Central
Park Manor Central is located on the “quad” and houses a mix of first-year and upperclass students. This hall is one of the larger halls on campus and residents enjoy it for its convenient location and easy access to Reynolds, Horn Library, and Trim Dining Hall. Residents living here are placed in double or triple rooms. In this building, two rooms are grouped together and share a bathroom. There is a large lounge and kitchen on the first floor that residents may use to study, cook hot meals, and hang out with friends. In the basement of Central, many campus resources can be found including the College’s Radio Station, Babson Free Press, and Roger’s Pub.

Park Manor North
Park Manor North is located on the “quad” and houses three floors of first-year students. Residents living here are placed in single, double, triple, or quad rooms. There is a large lounge in the basement, which residents use for study groups and meeting space. There is also a kitchen in the basement that students use for cooking. Students also have a volleyball net and basketball court right outside this hall that makes it easy to get some fun exercise with neighbors and friends.

Park Manor South
Park Manor South is located on the “quad” and houses four floors of mostly upperclass students. Residents living here are placed in single, double, triple, or quad rooms that are grouped into two and connected by a shared bathroom. Park Manor South is a popular choice among students as it is conveniently located right across the street from Reynolds, Horn Library, and is just a short walk from Trim Dining Hall. There is also a large lounge on the first floor that is often used for study space and meetings.

Mattos Hall
Mattos Hall is one of the smallest halls on campus and houses 44 first-year students. Home of the Healthy Living community, Mattos Hall is a perfect place for students who are seeking a substance-free environment. Residents living here will often say how much they enjoy the close-knit community and how easy it is to make friends here. Residents living in Mattos Hall are placed in single, double, or triple rooms. There is a large lounge and kitchen in the basement that residents often use for study groups, cooking and socializing activities.
