Babson commits to the Babson Grant amount for four years, provided there are no major changes to the family’s financial circumstances or the enrollment status.
The circumstances that would trigger a re-evaluation of your grant level for the next year are:
- a 20% or greater change in parents’ total annual income from one year to the next
- a change in the number of dependent children attending college
- a change in the student’s residence status, from living on campus to commuting from home, or vice versa
- a change in your enrollment status
Assuming the family experiences no major change, the same Babson Grant amount will be awarded each year. The following example shows how a student for whom there is no major changes in circumstances receives the same Babson Grant each year.
