Our global learning opportunities are designed to strengthen your knowledge, skills, and attitudes to create economic and social value, everywhere.
Babson’s global offerings include study abroad programs, electives abroad, and service trips on every continent except Antarctica. Examples include teaching entrepreneurship to local students in Ghana or South Africa, taking a semester at partner schools such as Trinity College Dublin or Singapore Management University, or spending a summer studying at the London School of Economics and doing an internship as part of the honors program.
In 2011–2012, Babson offered 82 study abroad opportunities in 33 countries, providing students an incredible array of options for learning, growing, and making a difference. Options include spending a semester or year abroad studying, taking an elective abroad for a shorter time period, or doing a service trip.
Babson is affiliated with a number of global organizations, such as American Association of Study Abroad Programmes/United Kingdom (AASAP/UK), Boston Area Study Abroad Advisors (BASAA), Forum on Education Abroad, Institute of International Education (IIE), NAFSA: National Association of International Educators, and Safety Abroad Firs - Education Travel Information (SAFETI) Consortium.
