The Weissman Scholarship

Weissman Scholarship > Selection Criteria

You are a leader, one who already enjoys distinction in your school and community.

You have earned grades in honors, advanced, and international baccalaureate course work that place you among the top 5 percent of students in your school. Your standardized test scores are among the best in the nation.

You have demonstrated a passion for intellectual, creative, and entrepreneurial pursuits, and you have a vision for how Babson and the Weissman Scholarship Program can help you further your dreams-for yourself and the world.

Selection for the Weissman Scholarship will be based on the following criteria:

Academic excellence and intellectual passion

Great distinction in leadership activities

Strength of vision for how your goals can be fulfilled at Babson with the support of the Weissman Scholarship Program
Only first-year applicants are eligible for the scholarship.

For scholarship renewal, students will be required to earn a 3.3 cumulative GPA by the end of each academic year, fulfill all program requirements, and demonstrate a commitment to assuming leadership roles at Babson and beyond.
