What is your pre-Babson experience?
I attended Buenos Aires Institute of Technology, and worked as a purchasing engineer at Toyota.
Why did you choose Babson for your graduate education?
While working in Toyota, I discovered Babson researching about the profile of Mr. Akio Toyoda (MBA’82, P’14). His management and leadership inspired me during my years in Toyota, and I understood that Babson was very important for his development. Since I wanted to focus on entrepreneurship and Babson is considered the best entrepreneurship school in the world, Babson became my No. 1 choice for my graduate education.
As a Babson student, what did you do when not in class?
During the summer of 2016, I participated in Babson's Summer Venture Program. Fifteen teams are chosen per year to participate in this 10-week accelerator, which provided us with housing, work space, advisers, speaker series, and other resources. This program really helped us develop our entrepreneurial skills for launching an idea to market.
What was your favorite part of the Babson student experience?
Babson professors are great mentors both inside and outside the classroom, and most of them have experience in the business world. Due to this experience, Babson faculty provided great insights to us, going beyond just the theory. I have often scheduled meetings with several professors to receive their expert and kind advice to solve different business challenges when creating a startup.
