When I was able to insert myself as a key player in the MBA recruiting process for the next few MBA generations for the company. The other things that I may consider a success as a new project, sales increase, etc. is what I expect to achieve. Hence, I am trying to make business-as-usual success a habit.

Ha! Everything. One of those things you have to experience; no words will do justice. But, if I can pinpoint to a couple things: 1) accessible and incredible faculty 2) a level of student collaboration that would blow any other B-school out of the water.
