Russia’s Innovative Convention is a major event focusing on modern science, technology and innovative entrepreneurship and bringing together young inventors, researchers, innovative entrepreneurs, heads of corporations, public figures and political leaders both from Russia and abroad in order to create unique synergies, generate cutting-edge ideas and foster unprecedented cross-cutting projects.

Alexander Debelov ‘10 is a leading expert in online viral video marketing. He is currently CEO of Virool, a game changing online video advertising company. Virool is a go to platform for online video promotion for many companies, including: Heineken, Havaianas, General Motors, Colgate, Clorox and Snoop Dogg. In the past, Alexander was CEO of Crelligence Media, an award winning marketing company, and co-founder the Kairos Society. In 2010, he was recognized as the Most Outstanding Entrepreneurship Student by the Entrepreneurship Division of Babson College (ranked as #1 in Entrepreneurship College) and was the #1 place winner of John H. Muller Undergraduate Business Plan competition. He was also named Top 5 College Entrepreneurs by Entrepreneur Magazine. His work has been on Russia Today, New York Times, Entrepreneur Magazine, and ABC.

Facebook's pioneering sales executive and among its first ten employees, Kevin Colleran ’03 was an integral part of the social networking behemoth's sales force. As the company's Global Partnership Lead, he was responsible for creatively monetizing the site without hampering user experience. In 2010, he was named one of New York's 100 Coolest Tech People by Business Insider.  While at Facebook, Colleran helped guide major corporations—including such Fortune 100 companies as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Walmart, and Coca-Cola—through the process of becoming present and engaged in the online space.
