Babson’s Executive and Enterprise Education division is delivering a high-impact program to develop entrepreneurial leaders among the next generation of Santander Shareholders and clients of Santander Private Banking. The program is being held July 5-11 at the Babson Executive Conference Center in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

With a focus on the dynamics of entrepreneurial families, 30 Santander participants will:
  • Understand the importance of transgenerational wealth creation
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the entrepreneurial process and mindset
  • Enhance their abilities to use negotiation techniques to create value in business relationships
  • Improve management and marketing skills and understand how teams can work together most effectively
  • Be motivated to engage in entrepreneurial activities and ventures
  • Learn the importance of successfully managing personal investment portfolios
Since 2007, Babson College and Banco Santander through Santander Universities, a dedicated division supporting higher education around the world, have co-sponsored a range of projects including symposia for entrepreneurship educators, entrepreneurship programs, internships, and consulting field experiences.

“Santander’s generous commitment to higher education as an investment in the development and prosperity of society is truly extraordinary,” said Dr. Elaine J. Eisenman, Dean of Babson Executive and Enterprise Education. “At Babson, we believe entrepreneurship is the most powerful force on the planet for economic and social value creation. Our shared values could not be better aligned.”
