STEP (Successful Transgenerational Entrepreneurial Practices) is a global applied research project. It is a collaboration of scholars, worldwide, studying successful entrepreneurial practices of family businesses over time. Babson College is the convener of this project. Leading academics and business families from around the globe join together at this annual event to explore STEP and to create a stream of powerful applications that empower families to build their entrepreneurial legacies.
The Global STEP Summit delivers immediate value back to families participating in the research and allows researchers to test the real-time relevance of their findings. This year’s theme is “Meeting the new demands for change, building on family legacy” and will address:
- New Ideas for a New World: Changing Pathways of STEP Families
- Developing Resources and Capabilities for Dynamic Adaption
