BABSON SAN FRANCISCO PRESENTS THRIVE: A SERIES OF CONVERSATIONS WITH FOUNDERS, LEADERS, AND CHANGEMAKERS
Babson San Francisco has launched THRIVE: a series of conversations with founders, leaders, and changemakers presented by Babson College, Free Range—a Babson alumnus business, and Leiden University Centre for Innovation.
The web, podcast and in-person event series explores the techniques and mindsets innovators have relied on to adapt and grow in an age of constant disruption. Each conversation digs deep into personal struggles, setbacks, and breakthroughs— revealing stories rarely heard from inside some of the world’s most admired purpose-driven companies.
THRIVE is steered by Phillip Kim, Babson College Professor; Randall Ussery MBA’16, CEO of Free Range, MBA Alumnus, and Adjunct Lecturer at Babson San Francisco; and Ulrich Mans, Leiden University Centre for Innovation and Co-founder of HumanityX.
“In conversations with executives over the last few years, there has been an inordinate amount of time spent pondering how to deal with disruption in today’s business landscape,” said Babson College Adjunct Lecturer and Free Range CEO, Randall Ussery MBA’16. “We are interested in capturing the techniques and exploring the mindsets used from startups to F50 to solve and thrive in this age of disruption.”
"THRIVE invites all of us, in the Babson community and beyond, to benefit from thought-leaders at the forefront of innovation and change,” said Babson College Professor Phillip Kim. “THRIVE offers new insights meant to be practical and actionable for students and managers alike."
