These 20 individuals were carefully selected through a rigorous screening process based on their potential to make a significant economic and social contribution to Scotland's future.

The Saltire Fellowship is a world-class, 8-month program that equips the Fellows with the skills and attitude required to take an entrepreneurial leadership role within Scottish business. It blends intensive learning experiences at Babson College and in China with international assignments at major global companies, mid-size American companies, and Scottish high-growth, small-to medium-sized enterprises.

“I’m thrilled to welcome the 20 new Saltire Fellows to Babson College for what promises to be a transformational experience for the individuals and a huge opportunity for Scotland's future,” said Les Charm, Faculty Director and Entrepreneurship Professor.
