BABSON PROFESSORS HUNT AND WEINTRAUB RELEASE LATEST EDITION OF ‘THE COACHING MANAGER: DEVELOPING TOP TALENT IN BUSINESS’
Babson College Professors James M. Hunt and Joseph R. Weintraub have released the 3rd edition of The Coaching Manager: Developing Top Talent in Business.
Using an innovative coaching model, Hunt and Weintraub present students and managers alike with the guidance, tools, and case studies needed to develop leadership talent and inspire performance. It has been proven to help employees achieve higher levels of skill and personal development, and experience greater engagement with their organizations.
The methodology stems from years of extensive research showing that those who coach their employees become known as good managers to work for, developers of talent, and achievers of business results.
The thoroughly updated edition reflects the authors’ latest research and presents a simplified version of the Coaching Manager Model: opportunity, reflection, feedback, action planning, and follow up.
