The inaugural Rocket Pitch of Babson’s San Francisco Fast Track MBA program will be held Saturday, October 1, 1:00-5:00 p.m., at the San Francisco campus, 135 Main Street, 3rd floor.

The competition is open to all current Babson MBA students and 2010/2011 MBA graduates, as well as students from top business schools on the west coast. All will compete against the clock in a fast-paced contest for seed money and support. Deadline for submissions is September 7.

Each competing entrepreneurial team is given three minutes and three PowerPoint slides to articulate the critical differentiating elements of their business ideas.  Rocket Pitches are followed by a Q & A session, and conclude with a networking reception for audience members to connect with the entrepreneurs directly.

MBA students and Babson alumni will be competing for more than $15,000 in cash and new business services. Judges are Silicon Valley leaders and local venture capitalists.
