    Please join us this Crossroads session for a discussion on mental wellness and equity in organizational spaces with: Colleen Leung, Co-Founder and CEO of Unmute, a mental�health platform providing culturally affirming care to patients of color. Colleen graduated with her MBA from Babson College in 2018 and went on to participate in Babson's Summer Venture Program, Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab Accelerator and was a top 3 Finalist in Babson's e-Pitch Competition. Dr. Ryan Travia (PhD), Associate Vice President for Student Success at Babson College, having previously served as Babson's first associate dean of students for wellness. As senior student affairs officer/chief well-being officer, Ryan provides leadership and strategic direction for a comprehensive portfolio that includes: accessibility services, counseling and psychological services, health services, religious & spiritual life, student advising & success, and wellness & prevention services. Ryan serves as a senior dean-on-call, responding to student and campus crises, and chairs the Campus Assessment, Response, & Evaluation (CARE) Team, a multidisciplinary committee that functions as a hybrid students of concern and behavioral intervention team. Ryan is passionate about student success and well-being, particularly for marginalized and underrepresented groups, and has worked tirelessly to remove barriers to accessing care and developing systems and structures that promote student success, as evidenced by his leadership in creating and managing a student emergency fund, developing amnesty and Good Samaritan policies for students who overdose on alcohol or other drugs, a recovery-focused medical withdrawal policy, and building Babson's first sexual assault prevention and response program.Prof. Emily Rosado-Solomon, Assistant Professor of Management at Babson College. Emily's research falls into two primary areas. Her main research focus is on mental health challenges and work, with an emphasis on the experiences of people with mental illness in the workplace. Emily's other research stream examines interpersonal connections in the workplace, investigating how interactions between employees shape their work experience. Her work has been published in prestigious peer-revised journals such as Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, and�Academy of Management Annals, and has been presented at national and international conferences. Her teaching at Babson is primarily in the Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship (FME) course, where she teaches management and organizational behavior topics to undergraduate students as they create their own business ventures.�and moderated by;Olubunmi Ajayi, MBA student, and Graduate Research Assistant for the Kerry Murphy Healey Center for Health Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Babson College, also serving as the co-president of the Black Graduate Club at Babson.�With a background in Cell Biology and Genetics, she brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and business acumen. At the center, Olubunmi works closely with the director on research initiatives aimed at advancing education and entrepreneurial leadership in operations management, particularly within the health sector on a global scale. Their dedication to driving innovation and fostering collaboration has contributed to groundbreaking insights and solutions in the field.In addition to their academic pursuits, Olubunmi serves as the Co-President of the Black Graduate Club at Babson, where they provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the graduate community.
