The program provides product and marketing leads at start-ups and new ventures with an applicable framework, real world experience, and guidance to strengthen their position in the market and prevent failures. It also defines entrepreneurial leaders in product, revenue, team and systems.
In this highly interactive and practical program, you will learn how to:

- Create viable business models and sales processes for sustaining growth
- Determine when, where and how to scale
- Create product differentiation and validate market needs
- Develop a capitalization strategy for fundraising, R&D, and marketing needs
Who Should Enroll
This program is designed for product leaders, sales leaders and investors who have direct reports – supervisors, managers, directors, general managers, vice-presidents and presidents – within start-ups and new ventures within large enterprises from around the world.
The program is offered in Silicon Valley, Utah and Wyoming from November 17th-25th, 2019.
The program will be delivered on the Stanford Campus and in Silicon Valley. Participants are housed in private rooms at nearby hotels and meals are provided during their stay.
The program fee for the program is $13,800 U.S. The fee includes tuition, study materials, accommodations, and meals from November 17th-22nd, 2019. Optional Park City ski or biking to Yellowstone will be charged separately. Fees are due within 30 days of the invoice date, or upon receipt of the invoice if admission is within 30 days of the program start date. Cancellation policies are outlined in the information provided to applicants upon admission.
