Established in 1997, the 4C’s Award honors Babson employees (faculty and staff) who reflect Babson’s core values, strategy, and/or mission in their everyday work.

Criteria
The recipients of this award will have gone above and beyond the requirements of job responsibilities and raised the bar for those who follow in their footsteps, truly embodying the institution’s desire to not simply be the best, but the only. The recipients’ actions and behaviors should be in a manner consistent with the institutional core values. Written nominations should explicitly address how each nominee has visibly demonstrated:
- Customer Service
- Creative Problem-Solving
- Collaboration/Teamwork
- The fourth “C” is Colleague choice.
