Alumni and Friends Network
Connect with and build pride throughout Babson’s alumni network regarding the revamped Reunion and Homecoming weekend, encouraging the reunion class members to attend and spread the word among their peers.
We developed a new, vibrant look and appealing messaging for a suite of Reunion promotional materials that included teaser videos, a Save the Date boxed balloon, targeted emails to specific audience segments, an event brochure, social media outreach, and a specialized toolkit for reunion volunteers to use as they recruited their classmates.
Not only did undergraduate reunion attendance increase 29 percent from the year prior and 50 percent from 2011, we enjoyed glowing feedback from alumni—before, during, and after the weekend—expressing their pride regarding the creative and promotional efforts supporting the event.
