Guidelines and Templates

The Babson brand includes a particular color palette, specific rules about our trademarked logo usage, recommended fonts, editorial tone, and many other guidelines. Please adhere to when using Babson logos or preparing printed materials, developing digital media, or creating documents for promotional use.

Logos are provided in EPS (high resolution/print use) and PNG (low resolution/web use) formats. Signage, event, and other templates are available for Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. For a comprehensive guide to using Babson logos and templates, please read our full brand guidelines.

Vendors seeking to produce merchandise that features Babson brand elements or logos must do so via Learfield Licensing, Babson’s licensing partner. Visit our licensing page for more information.

Trade Gothic Condensed and PMN Caecilia are Babson’s brand fonts. If you are familiar with font management, you can purchase and download these fonts at For general use, Arial Narrow and Georgia are approved substitutions for these fonts respectively.

Email Signature Guidelines
