Director of Administration
Erin Freda has been at Babson since 2008, having started her tenure in the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business as an office manager and later as the manager of Graduate Operations and Administration. In 2014, she joined the Division of Student Affairs as the associate director of Student Affairs Administration before being promoted to director in 2018. In her current role, Erin has primary administrative responsibility across the Division of Learner Success and Campus Life for budget management, strategic planning and assessment, and communications/technology management, among other functions. She ensures that operational policies, procedures, systems, and employees are organized and aligned appropriately to support and enhance the student experience at the College.
Erin earned her BS in hospitality and tourism management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. She is an active member of Lions Clubs International and serves as the president of her local club in Nashua, New Hampshire.
