Making Old and New AI Work for Your Organization

Many organizations are experimenting with AI, but they need to do several things in order to get value from the technology. One is to remember that generative AI is not the only type, and to take full advantage of "traditional" or "analytical" AI. Another is to adopt several important management disciplines in order to realize economic benefits from AI. In this workshop Tom Davenport will describe his recent research on how companies extract value from all types of AI, and will facilitate a discussion on how attendees can capitalize on this exciting set of business capabilities within their own organizations.
