Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Impact (ELI) is designed for: 

  • Executive leadership teams 
  • Leaders with a minimum of 10 years of experience 
  • Organizations that have a business volume of $25 million or more 

What You Need to Know

September 18–December 13, 2024

The Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Impact (ELI) Certificate has a duration of three months and consists of six foundational courses: Revenue generation and sales; Business-driven marketing and communications; Challenges and applications of exponential technologies and AI; Digital transformation; Leadership, talent, human resources, and intergenerational management; and Cash flow management and finance. Participants begin with a three-day residential module at the Babson College campus in Miami, followed by 10 weeks of virtual sessions, including implementation work to maximize program impact. The program concludes with another three-day residential module at the Babson College campus in Miami.

Courses are offered both online and in person and are distributed as follows:

Dr. Vincent ‘Vini' Onyemah is Professor of Marketing at Babson College (Massachusetts, USA), the global leader in Entrepreneurship education. He teaches and conducts research on professional selling, entrepreneurial selling, sales and revenue management, sales force development, and marketing management. Prior to joining Babson College, he taught at Boston University and Lagos Business School.
