Among the 18 on-campus residence halls at Babson, the smallest houses three students (yup, just three!) and the largest is home to 215. Each houses a diverse community of students, who, like you, want to make an impact in the world.
From traditional residence halls to suite-style accommodations, the undergraduate housing options at Babson range in layout, but all offer a safe, comfortable, supportive, and engaging community ready to help fuel your personal growth and academic success.
It’s not your average college dorm room situation in our residence halls. And, arguably more important than where you live is whom you live with. Our Living and Learning Communities allow you to live alongside others who share a similar interest or passion, allowing you to build on your academic experience outside the classroom.
Our residence halls include a variety of living arrangements that allow you to study, make friends, express yourself, and thrive. Plus, they provide ample space for both your belongings and your big dreams.

As part of a Living and Learning Community (LLC), you can build closer relationships with peers, staff, and faculty. As a first-year student, you can apply to live in the Living Social Entrepreneurship, Glavin Global Fellows, or the Family Entrepreneurship living and learning communities.
As a sophomore, the Sophomore Leadership Community (SLC) option gives you access to leadership programs and opportunities to help you discover your personal leadership style. Additionally, the Entrepreneurial Leadership Village – Residential Innovation Community (ELV-RIC) is an available option once you’ve completed your first year at Babson.
As part of our campus-wide commitment to providing genuinely safe and inclusive residential communities that aren’t limited by the traditional understanding of gender, Babson has several gender-inclusive housing options. This allows students to share a multiple-occupancy room or suite, regardless of their sex or gender.
Currently, this option is available in three upper-class residence halls, as well as within The LGBTQ+ Neighborhood. Female-only housing also is available. If you are an incoming student and want to learn more about gender-inclusive housing options please contact reslife@babson.edu.
Designed to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment to LGBTQ+ students and their allies, the Neighborhood houses community members in a cluster of rooms in the same hallway with access to a gender-inclusive bathroom. The community is unique among residence halls, in that you can develop community and connections across class years.
All students in the Neighborhood participate in a gender- and sexuality-focused retreat at the start of the fall semester. Throughout the year, Residence Education professional and student staff support the community in relationship building, programs, and community-building activities, all focused on maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.

CODE (Community of Developers & Entrepreneurs): Build a technological skill set to match your entrepreneurial mindset.
CREATE/theStudio: Create the future of business with a deep understanding of the value of arts–visual, performing, and musical—inside and outside business.
E-Sports: Get in the (video) game, make friends, build your team-building skills, and take part in virtual e-sports competitions.
E-Tower: Develop and build on your business ideas by tapping into the network of entrepreneurially minded peers living in the tower.
GIVE Tower: Create a positive social impact in the Greater Boston area while growing an in-depth understanding of social issues.
Healthy-Living Tower: Give back to Babson and local communities while developing and maintaining a healthy, substance-free lifestyle in all aspects of everyday life.
The House/Babson Political Association: Participate in healthy political discussions while contributing to both national and international politics.
Johnson House: Honor the legacy of Eric Johnson ’72, P’08, the founder of the Black Student Union, and take part in community discussions and events geared toward Black students.
ONE Tower (Origins of Necessary Equality): Come together with individuals from various origins to share once-in-a-lifetime experiences and celebrate the cultures each person represents.
Women Giving Back: Join other women in helping on- and off-campus service events, including serving two off-campus group homes once a week.
Babson Fraternity and Sorority Life allows you to join a community that shares similar goals and values. The community is built around five core pillars: scholarship, leadership, service, respect, and unity. However, each fraternity and sorority has its own focus and additional values, which can help you decide which one is the best fit for you.

The Greek towers at Babson are home to some of our fraternities and sororities. These include:
Chi Omega: The largest women’s fraternal organization in the world, ChiOs live by six principles: friendship, high standards of personnel, sincere learning and credible scholarship, participation in campus activities, career development, and community service.
Delta Tau Delta: A value-driven organization, members live by the values of integrity, accountability, truth, and courage.
Kappa Kappa Gamma: One of the oldest national sororities, Kappa promotes scholarship and intellectual development, cultural growth, leadership, and philanthropy.
Sigma Kappa: The oldest sorority on the Babson campus, Sigma Kappas promote social, literary, and intellectual culture, while maintaining high standards of scholastic, social, and spiritual achievement.
Sigma Phi Epsilon: The largest fraternity based on undergraduate enrollment, the fraternity was founded on the principles of virtue, diligence, and brotherly love.
After living on campus for a year, you may apply to become a Resident Assistant (RA). RAs hold one of the top leadership positions on campus, overseeing a community of residents. RAs create and maintain a safe and inclusive community by building genuine relationships with their residents. RAs plan and implement programs, provide emergency on-call coverage, assist with roommate concerns, and guide residents through the vast resources on campus. RAs work with Area Coordinators, who are residence hall staff, to facilitate community activities and help their students with personal development and adjustment to college life.
