Room selection, an annual process, allows current/returning students to select their rooms and choose their roommates for the following academic year. Returning/current students who plan to live on campus for the following academic year must participate in the room-selection process and submit a Returning Student Housing Application, as only students who submit an application are eligible for housing. Current students confirmed to graduate in May, studying abroad for the Fall 2020 semester, or who are in arrears, are not eligible to participate in room selection. Further information and instructions are available on the Hub.
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) the College will not be offering summer housing accommodations for the summer of 2020.
Current students can visit Self-Service to review their housing information.
Undergraduate Rate Structure for 2020-21
The College initiated a full review of the housing rate structure which varied based on residence hall. Our Student Affairs team, in collaboration with numerous offices across the College, were charged with providing a more equitable experience for students when engaging in room selection. The result is a simpler, six-rate housing rate structure based on room type. These new rates are better aligned with average annual housing costs and create a much clearer understanding of these costs for students and their families.
