What You'll Experience »
Being a F&E CWEL Fellow or Scholar is an experience like no other at Babson! You join a cohort of peers that take part in events and developmental opportunities together—while blazing a path that is uniquely your own.
Year one will focus on building a foundation for success together. You will learn why and how to develop your professional leading-edge as an inclusive entrepreneurial leader and build a community of support through your cohort, advisors, and mentors.
Core Activities
- Fall Retreat – (1) full-day, off-site session
- Cohort Meet-Ups – (5) 1-hour sessions, 1 per month
- Near-Peer Mentor Program: Mentee – (2) 1.5-hour events, (4) 1:1 mentor meetings
- Disruption Dinner – (1) 2-hour event
- Pathways Peer Dialogue Meeting – (1) 1-hour session
- Spring Soirée Celebration – (1) 2-hour event
In year two, you will work towards completing your F&E CWEL Pathways digital portfolio, at your own pace.* As an active member of the community, you will serve as a near-peer mentor to incoming fellows and scholars, and participate in community events. Once your portfolio is complete, you will showcase your work at a peer dialogue meeting and be honored at the annual spring celebration.

*To complete the F&E CWEL Pathway, reflections are drawn from Babson course work, events, and experiences occurring over 2 - 4 academic years. Expedited completion may be accomplished in 1-year upon program directors' approval.
Once you have completed the Pathway requirements and earned your badge, your portfolio is yours to keep and continue to build upon, even post-Babson. As a lifelong member of the F&E CWEL community, you are welcome to continue to participate in events, programs, and celebrations!
