Within three months of graduation, 84% of Babson’s MBA Class of 2023 job-seekers gained employment, earning an average U.S.-based salary of $116,935, a significant increase from previous years, with many earning an additional signing bonus averaging $32,773. Babson’s Master of Science 2023 graduates also succeeded in the job market: 95 percent of job-seeking 2023 graduates across MS programs found work within six months of graduation, and the starting salary average continues to significantly increase for these newly employed graduates year after year.
