STEP Events
As a living community and intentionally applied research project, executing a series of powerful events is essential to the STEP Project. We host research-oriented events as an academic team and Summits, together with our business families.
The STEP Summit is a distinctive part of the STEP Project applied research design. Through the Summits, the STEP Project delivers immediate value back to the families participating in the research and allows researchers to tests the real-time relevance of their findings.

The second Global STEP Summit will be in Barcelona the 14-16th of November 2013. This year's theme is "Meeting the new demands for change, building on family legacy" At the summit there will be many scholars from around the world sharing and discussing their findings and practices. Attendees will be able to talk with others about their experiences and paths and share in a private group and trusting environment all while enjoying everything that Barcelona has to offer.
