FEBRUARY 28: Introverted Leadership in an Extroverted World

Kemi Sorinmade, Owner & Leadership Development Coach, The Growth Studio

Growing up, Kemi Sorinmade, was always labeled the quite one. Now, as an engineer turned entrepreneur and executive coach, she inspires and trains introverted leaders, like herself, to harness their quiet strength to maximize team performance and transform organizations. With introverts outnumbering extroverts in the workplace and 40% of high-powered executives self-describing as such, tonight you’ll learn to own the label with pride and come away with painless strategies to stop underselling yourself, get your ideas heard, and kick your fear of expanding your network.

About Kemi Sorinmade

Kemi Sorinmade is the owner of the Growth studio, a performance improvement and leadership development firm based in Massachusetts. She partners with professionals and organizations to help them strengthen their leadership strategy so that they can improve their performance, navigate through difficult challenges and achieve greater effectiveness. She is certified as a leadership speaker, trainer, and coach by the John Maxwell Leadership University and with over twenty years of combined experience as an engineer and quality professional, she brings a unique perspective to her audiences. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University, Boston.
