Inspired by research on happiness, the company’s mission is to inspire millions of people to do more of what makes them happier. We live in a world of gendered leadership where women’s passion is often labeled as “being too emotional." As women entrepreneurial leaders it is important that we understand how to communicate, understand human perception, and assess situational influences in order to effectively navigate organizational complexities. Each interaction is an opportunity to define our presence and grace as a leader and role model. This interactive workshop will explore the tools necessary to become a mindful, diplomatic, and savvy communicator.

This workshop is designed to expose attendees to communication and presentation techniques and tips. It will be facilitated by Vanessa Rhinesmith, Social Strategist.

    The workshop will explore:

    - Communication and team dynamics
    - Communicating change + crisis management
    - Gender dynamics + communication perceptions
    - Role of communication in personal advocacy, negotiation, and networking

The event is FREE, but registration is required. Register Now
