CWEL Scholars Program The CWEL Scholars (CWELS) Program
Formerly the Women’s Leadership Program, CWEL Scholars provides undergraduate women with exclusive events, cutting edge experts and hands-on coaching. Students attend a minimum number of events over their four-year education to earn the “CWEL Scholar” designation. Learn more.

WIN Lab

​The Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab
The WIN Lab is a unique, year-long program designed to empower 20 women to build their entrepreneurial ventures. WIN Lab is being directed by Susan Duffy and Heatherjean MacNeil. Learn more.

We do this through a variety of campus events and by supporting a growing community of faculty who do innovative research on women and gender, leadership and entrepreneurship. They now invite the Babson undergraduate community to join them for an informal panel, during which they will share nuggets of wisdom and various "Babson hacks". Attendees will gain insider&rsquo;s advice on everything from club involvement and internships to dorm room conflicts and dining hall tricks, all while learning how to leverage CWEL competencies in resilience, communication, personal advocacy, negotiation, and more to master life on campus. <br /> <br /> All Babson community members are welcome!
