The Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership enables women to reach their full potential through innovative education programs and events.
Each year, the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership develops dozens of events. This programming spans from the Babson classroom to the Miami startup ecosystem and aims to create opportunities for a diverse set of stakeholders to participate, develop, and learn. The CWEL Scholars (CWELS) Program
Formerly the Women’s Leadership Program, CWEL Scholars provides undergraduate women with exclusive events, cutting-edge experts and hands-on coaching. Students attend a minimum number of events during their four-year education to earn the CWEL Scholar designation.
The Women Innovating Now (WIN)® Lab
The WIN Lab is a unique, yearlong program designed to empower 20 women to build their entrepreneurial ventures. WIN Lab is directed by Susan Duffy and Heatherjean MacNeil.
The Babson Association of Women MBAs (BAWMBA)
BAWMBA helps women MBA students build networks, find and be a mentor, develop leadership skills, and transition to their next professional opportunities.
CWEL supports and advances gender equality as a growth strategy for individuals and for organizations of all sizes, everywhere in the world. We do this through a variety of campus events and by supporting a growing community of faculty who do innovative research on women and gender, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
