From Day One: Make a Choice, Be The Difference

From Day One

From Day One is a marketplace of social innovation, designed to engage and connect students to the many ways they can make a difference at Babson and beyond. A collaboration between the Sustainability Office and The Lewis Institute, this annual tradition kicks off the day before classes begin and continues into the following week. Understanding how to simultaneously create social and economic value is serious business, and at Babson we start with that intention From Day One.

2015 From Day One Fest

This year, From Day One began with the Babson Sustainable Kitchen Dinner on September 1 showcasing all the ways the Babson Dining Service makes a difference.

Then on Friday, September 11, from noon to 2 p.m. From Day One Fest gathered student, alumni and community businesses and organizations in a marketplace of social innovation. Good Business Fridays kicked off for the fall semester that same afternoon with a conversation with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation about how businesses are Cultivating a Culture of Health.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us this year! We are excited to see everyone again next year.
