Joining the Babson community as the Murata Dean of the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business has been a great pleasure. I hope you find as I quickly did that Babson is a unique place to learn, engage, and connect with remarkable students, faculty, and more than 37,000 alumni around the world.

What makes Babson unique? Everyone in this community understands the value of entrepreneurship in today’s business environment, whether at a new venture or within an established corporation. At Babson, we believe entrepreneurship is a mindset that is critical in organizations of all types and sizes. We weave our methodology, Entrepreneurial Thought and Action®, throughout the learning experience to empower students to balance action, experimentation, and creativity with a deep understanding of business fundamentals.

We want to help you select a program with features and benefits that best fit your personal and professional objectives. For the MBA, we deliver the same core curriculum within each of our four delivery models. Students learn from the same faculty and receive the same degree credentials, whether they choose a full-time or part-time MBA program. With our two specialized masters programs, accounting and management in entrepreneurial leadership, we offer two ways to take that next step in your career.

For example, a prospective student loves his job but wants to enhance his educational background to advance in his career. On top of that, his options are constrained as he travels for work 60 percent of the time. The Babson MBA blended learning model allows him to accomplish his goals. A student can be anywhere in the world and still work with peer students and faculty in virtual collaboration and online learning, while flying to our East Coast or West Coast campus for face-to-face sessions every seven weeks. While continuing his career progression, he earns a Babson MBA that differentiates him in the marketplace.

For the student who just graduated with a liberal arts degree and wants to add a business foundation to her experience before entering the workforce, the Babson Master of Science in Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership provides a one-of-a-kind program that uses experiential learning coupled with coursework across core business functions. She leaves Babson after two semesters uniquely positioned to roll up her sleeves and make a difference. For the student who is seeking an academic experience to complement and enhance their preparation for the CPA exam and a dynamic accounting career, the Babson Master of Science in Accounting delivers a top-ranked program taught by the same faculty who teach in our MBA programs.

We have thousands of alumni around the world who use Entrepreneurship of All Kinds™ to write their definition of success, and to achieve it. From finance to marketing, to healthcare and technology, our graduates are making a difference. Our alumni are proud and passionate about the experience they had with Babson and continue to serve as brand ambassadors, volunteers, and philanthropists every day.

I invite you to learn more about Babson and the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business with a visit to one of our campuses in Wellesley, Boston, or San Francisco, or connect with us virtually to start the conversation.
