Michelle Li

Assistant Professor

Academic Division: Math & Science

Bio

Dr. Li joined the Division of Mathematics and Science at Babson College in the summer of 2018. Prior to joining Babson, she taught undergraduate and MBA classes at the Neil Griffin College of Business at Arkansas State University. Her research and teaching interests include: Business Analytics, Data Mining, Management Science / Operations Research, Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Transportation, Game Theory, Quality Competition, Sustainable Systems, and Information Asymmetry. Dr. Li co-authored a book titled “Competing on Supply Chain Quality – A Network Economics Perspective” which was published in 2016. In addition, her research has produced publications in peer-reviewed journals such as Omega, Annals of Operations Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Global Optimization, and International Transactions in Operational Research. Dr. Li received her PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Science at the Isenberg School of Management of the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
