Mr. Adams is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of experience as an investment banker and corporate financial executive. He has advised dozens of companies on a wide range of corporate finance and strategic initiatives and acted as lead banker on transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $2 billion. Mr. Adams has specific deal experience in initial public offerings, public and private equity offerings, convertible debt issuance, loan portfolio acquisitions/divestitures, corporate mergers & acquisitions, real estate investments, fairness opinions and financial restructuring. In addition to his investment banking background, Mr. Adams has served as the Chief Financial Officer for three emerging growth technology companies. He has extensive experience in corporate financial management and accounting, financial reporting, pricing, strategic planning, FP&A, capital management & treasury, venture capital raising, and general executive leadership. Mr. Adams received his BA in Political Science from the George Washington University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
