Founder's Day

Founder’s Day, which dates to 1947, recognizes Roger W. Babson, founder and first president of Babson College, and honors his passion for entrepreneurship, education, and philanthropy.

Through Founder’s Fest, we encourage our students to come together, enjoy good food and fun, and celebrate the guiding themes that were most meaningful to Roger Babson. Join friends, classmates, and campus colleagues for an opportunity to appreciate donors, enjoy music, games, and apple-themed treats in recognition of Roger’s fascination with Sir Isaac Newton and our Newton apple trees!
