Campus-Wide Programs

Promoting a gender enlightened campus culture.

CWEL promotes a “gender enlightened” campus culture that supports a new generation of leaders who understand, manage and lead with gender aptitude. We do this by raising students' awareness about the role of gender as it relates to their current lives and their futures as entrepreneurial leaders.

With the support of our valued internal and external partners across the Babson community, CWEL is able to offer a robust menu of programs, events and resources that are open and available to all.

Disruption Dinner

The Disruption Dinner is a premiere annual event hosted by the Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership and campus partners at Babson College which brings the Babson community together for an evening of inspiration and conversation around gender and leadership. Each year the event showcases the experiences of accomplished women leaders in a common industry who are acting boldly to break barriers, blaze trails, and launch movements that change industries, organizations, and communities around the world.

The 6th Annual Disruption Dinner: The Future of Fashion & the Business of Beauty

Tuesday, October 16 | 5:30 - 8 p.m. | Knight Auditorium, Babson Wellesley Campus

The Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership, Babson Fashion Entrepreneurial Initiative (FEI), and the Hoffman Family Undergraduate Center for Career Development, invite you to celebrate Women's Entrepreneurship Week with the Babson community at a trend-breaking evening of inspiration and discovery.

Meet women who are at the forefront of innovating the way we do business: shifting trends, changing business models, discovering new markets, and leveraging technology to reinvent the way we design, manufacture, buy and sell, distribute, and experience fashion and the business of beauty.

Before the program, network over fashionable food and mocktails with alumni, corporate partners, and friends disrupting the fashion and beauty industries in their own unique ways.

  • Rica Elysee, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BeautyLynk
  • Susie Mulder, CEO of Nic & Zoe
  • Dr. Caroline Daniels, Director of the Fashion Entrepreneurial Initiative (FEI)
