The Babson Boston Cup is a high school pitch competition that brings together teams of young entrepreneurs from throughout the Northeast to battle their venture ideas. As the #1 College for Entrepreneurship, Babson College is proud to host this spring event where young entrepreneurs identify opportunities for innovation, share with peers and industry experts about the value they are capable of adding, and ask for the resources they need to move forward. 



Grand Prize: Flossity

Team: Jack Busa of St. John's Preparatory School

Flossity is a newly designed device to make flossing easier, cheaper, and less environmentally damaging.  Flossity is shaped like a tootbrush with a compartment that holds a replaceable floss spool.

1st Runner Up: Invigormat

Team: Caleb Gallagher, Connor McCarthy, and Adam Lepore of St. John's Preparatory School

A "massage chair for the feet," Invigormat, is an anti-fatigue mat designed to lessen the strain felt by workers who are required to stand in long periods of time.

2nd Runner Up: NeutriFact

Team: Serena Cai, MyNgoc Nguyen, Truong Nguyen, and Christina Zhu of Boston Latin School

NeutriFact is a web-based platform where health-conscious consumers can stay informed about what they eat and avoid nutritional misinformation.


Step 1: Submit Your Rocket Pitch

Three minutes and three slides is all each team will have to pitch their venture idea that can solve a problem in the students' communities and is actionable within six months. Your pitch should explain your venture's Business Opportunity, Market Analysis, and Strategic Feasibility. For the complete competition criteria, view our Boston CUP Slide Criteria PDF.

Step 2: Get Ready to Battle It Out at the Babson College Wellesley Campus

Once we've received your completed registration and have reviewed your pitch submission , the Babson Boston Cup will be hosted at Babson College. Teams will first pitch in a Preliminary Round to win a spot in the Final Round and compete for the grand prize.

Step 3: Win Cash Prizes, a StartUp Starter Pack, and the Cup.

Winners will receive thousands of dollars of seed money, a curated Startup Starter Pack provided by Babson College and our Sponsorship Partners, along with the Babson Boston Cup trophy in their school for one year.
