Learn at Babson. Invest in Your Future.

To make sound financial decisions in today’s rapidly changing world, organizations of all kinds need to call upon the expertise of finance professionals.

The Master of Science in Finance (MSF) at Babson provides in-depth financial and quantitative knowledge combined with sophisticated problem-solving, practical application, ethical judgment, and professional development and communication skills. You’ll take your core courses with your MSF cohort but have the opportunity to learn side by side in elective courses with MBA students, all while receiving individualized mentoring from faculty.

Program Details:

  • Complete the program in as little as nine months via a two-semester option or 16 months via a three-semester option.
  • SAT or ACT scores may be submitted in lieu of GMAT or GRE scores.
  • Take advantage of this flexible 30-credit program to customize your electives based on your career interests.
  • The MSF is recognized by the CFA Institute® as a program that will effectively prepare you to pass the Level I, II, and III CFA exams.
  • Apply your MSF credits toward a future Babson graduate degree.

While we welcome candidates from all undergraduate backgrounds such as business, economics, engineering, and liberal arts, MSF candidates should have a demonstrated educational or practical foundation in financial accounting, finance, statistics, and microeconomics.CFA Institute logo
