Move-In and Check-In Information
Students should arrive on Saturday, January 17 starting at 9:30 a.m. Check-in runs from 9:30 a.m.–2 p.m.; all new students are required to check-in at this time. It is important that students and families attend orientation sessions beginning at 2:30 p.m., so if you are moving into a residence hall on this day, please be sure to arrive prior to 2 p.m. to get settled.
All students and families should report immediately to the Reynolds Campus Center to attend check-in – DO NOT go directly to the student's residence hall, as you will not have the keys to access the room. At check-in, students will receive their residence hall keys, laptops, and OneCards. Once completing the check-in process at Reynolds, students and families will follow the move-in instructions provided by the Office of Residence Life when they were provided their room keys.
Students not living on campus should still check-in at the Reynolds Campus Center to pick up their laptops and OneCards.
